Permaculture
Permaculture is a "Permanent Agriculture" system of creating an environment of plants and animals that interact in beneficial ways. It teaches us how to create a landscape that benefits us as well as the other organisms that inhabit it.
Mycology
Our interest in mycology is in learning ways to grow our own edible and
medicinal mushrooms, as well as to use fungi as decomposers to help create
soil-enhancing compost.
